Welcome to Living PrimeAli

This is it.  Time to get Primal.  For real this time!

I’ve been eating with more of a primal/paleo approach for the last year, but my insane work schedule and travel keeps throwing me off.  So know I’ve decided not to think of it as choosing Primal foods, but instead just live it as an assumption.  I’ve cleaned out my cupboards (and fridge and freezer), stocked up on organic meat, eggs, veggies, and paleo staples. I’ve planted my NYC condo terrace with herbs and greens. I’ve bought a Vitamix and a FoodSaver. I’m ready to go!

I’m writing this blog as a journey to being a healthier, happier me.  It’s a personal journal to myself, but I hope that if anyone else happens upon it, they can enjoy the ride!
