Seriously, though. The continental breakfast has got to be the least paleo (and healthy) breakfast ever. Today’s choices at the hotel were baked goods, croissants, cereal, juice yogurt and whole fruit. Most of it was in the first 3 categories. I had a plum and some black coffee. Good thing I had prepared and brought nuts and coconut butter on the road with me!!
Breakfast: 1 plum, handful cashews, black coffee
Snack: 1/2 handful nuts
Lunch: Chipotle salad (double carnitas, lettuce, pico de gallo, guac), coconut butter
Dinner: Chopped salad (romaine, steak, avocado, tomato, cilantro, jalapeno, olive oil, balsamic vinegar)
