TGIF!

LONG week, and I have to be in field all weekend and then drive down to N.C. on Sunday.  It will be an early night tonight….

Today’s food:

Breakfast: 3 eggs with avocado (in coconut oil), 1 date

Lunch: deli meat off a sandwich at an all-day conference, green beans (think they might have been in a sauce that had bad stuff, which I didn’t figure out until after I got them, so limited that)

Dinner: chicken coconut curry with cauli-rice and cashews, 3 dates with almonds
