So, I cheated….
No, not with food. I’ve been 99% on program for this (with the exception of a couple of questionables when I was eating at conferences).
I weighed in this morning. I just couldn’t help it. I know I’m not supposed to care, but I was curious as to how things were going in that department. Bottom-line…about 8 pounds down so far. I knew that I was feeling less bloated and that clothes were fitting a bit better, so I guess that explains it. I’m sure a lot of it is water weight, but still nice to see. Now I’ll see if I can keep from stepping on the scale again for the next 20 days.
Breakfast: 2 eggs in ghee with 3 pieces proscuitto
Lunch: hamburger patty from Five Guys with extra lettuce and tomato and a bit of mustard
Dinner: chicken coconut curry with cauli-rice and cashews, artichoke with ghee and nutritional yeast, 3 dates
